Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to this website. We value the rights of intellectual property of others and expect the same in return. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected from infringement claims through the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a valid infringement claim, you must provide specific information in your notice.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature from the copyright owner or authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that was infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material and how to locate it;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use;
6. A statement that all information is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentation in an infringement claim. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for speedy processing.

It is important to note that we may disclose the identity of the complainant in a copyright infringement claim to the alleged infringer, by submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. This notification needs to follow specific guidelines.

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the material removed and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy for repeat infringers under the DMCA. We keep track of DMCA notices and take action against repeat violators.
